Shipping Policy

Gloojo ships to selected countries and regions where delivery service is available at checkout. Available shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country or region, product availability, warehouse inventory, and the shipping options shown at checkout.

All delivery times listed below are estimates and do not include order processing time, weekends, public holidays, customs clearance delays, or carrier delays.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Prescription lenses require an additional 5-7 business days before shipment, as they need custom surfacing, fitting, and quality inspection before dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery time is counted from the date the package is handed over to the carrier, not from the date the order is placed.

If your shipping destination or preferred shipping method is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to offer that shipping option for your order.

Free Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping is available for eligible countries and regions shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery time for Free Standard Shipping is 7-10 business days after the package is handed over to the carrier.

DHL Express Shipping

DHL Express is available for selected countries and regions shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery time for DHL Express is 3-5 business days after the package is handed over to DHL.

DHL Express shipping fees do not include VAT, import duties, customs fees, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other taxes charged by the destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

U.S. Free Fast Fulfillment

For customers in the United States, selected products may be eligible for U.S. Free Fast Fulfillment when inventory is available in our U.S. warehouse.

Estimated delivery time for U.S. Free Fast Fulfillment is 2-4 business days after the package is dispatched.

Countries and Regions We Do Not Ship To

We currently do not ship to the following countries:

  • India
  • Russia
  • Ukraine

Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or the tracking link provided in the email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Product prices and shipping fees shown on Gloojo do not include VAT, import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, or other taxes that may be charged by the destination country or region.

Gloojo is not responsible for paying customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or related charges. The customer or recipient is responsible for paying any applicable charges when required by the carrier, customs office, or local authority.


Return & Exchange Policy

General Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gloojo. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days of the date you received your package.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, free from scratches, damage, stains, or signs of wear.
  • Original packaging must be intact.

Gloojo does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization.

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation or the Return Authorization email.

4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons. If the return or exchange is caused by a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Gloojo, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a suitable solution.

Please do not send your order back to the sender address on the package. The correct return address will be provided by email after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Prescription lens orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Additional shipping fees may apply for exchanges, depending on the destination and the value of the items.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other related charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom-made or personalized items, including prescription lenses.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at checkout.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
