Modern evenings stay bright long after sunset. Night Ease™ uses deeply tinted lenses to reduce short-wavelength artificial light during the hours before bed.
Try for 60 DaysPhones, TVs, laptops and indoor lighting can keep the visual environment bright long after natural daylight is gone. Night Ease™ is designed for this part of the day.
Visible light contains different wavelengths. Night Ease™ uses stronger tints to progressively reduce more of the shorter-wavelength portion of visible light during the evening.
Our most recommended tint for nightly use, balancing strong filtering with everyday comfort.
Shop Red LensOur deepest tint for the darkest evenings and the strongest Night Ease™ filtering experience.
Shop Dark Red LensA lighter evening tint for reading, relaxing and winding down without making everything feel too dark.

Think of the three tints as different levels of evening light control—not three products you need to wear in sequence.
Keep the view lighter while screens and indoor lights are still part of the evening.
The Night Ease™ tint we recommend most for regular nighttime use and wind-down.
Go darker when you want the strongest Night Ease™ filtering experience.
Night Ease™ glasses reduce shorter-wavelength light from screens and indoor lighting that can keep your evening environment feeling bright. Worn before bed, they help create a warmer, dimmer visual environment as part of your nighttime wind-down.
The tint is part of the filter. To substantially reduce shorter visible wavelengths, the lenses need a noticeable orange or red tint. As the tint deepens from Orange to Red to Dark Red, the filtering profile extends further across the visible spectrum.
Orange is the lighter option for earlier evenings, screen time, and a brighter view. Red provides stronger filtering and is our recommended starting point for most nighttime routines. Dark Red goes further, creating the darkest Night Ease™ experience for those who want maximum light reduction before bed.
A good starting point is to put them on 1–2 hours before bed, especially when using screens or sitting under bright indoor lighting. You can adjust the timing based on your evening routine and how the tint feels to you.
Night Ease™ is designed primarily for evening use. The deeper Red and Dark Red tints can make daytime environments feel unnecessarily dark and significantly change color perception. Do not wear Night Ease™ glasses while driving or for tasks that require accurate color recognition.
Yes. Choose non-prescription if you don't need vision correction, prescription if you want your Rx built directly into the Night Ease™ lenses, or fitover if you prefer to wear them over your existing glasses. Availability varies by tint and frame style.
