How to place an order for glasses?
The ordering process is simple and fast, with only three steps:

Is it necessary to create an account?
No account creation is required. When placing an order, just provide a valid contact method and recipient address.
How to modify order information?
If you need to modify order information after payment, please send an email to [email protected]. We will promptly process your request and confirm the modified order information with you.
How to check the order status?
After the order is created, we will send the order information, including the tracking number, via email. You can use the tracking number to check the order status.
What to do if the tracking number is lost?
Don’t worry, you can contact us and provide your order ID (found in the confirmation email), and we will assist you in checking the order information.

What is included in the glasses pricing?
The prices displayed on the website only include the glasses. The lens prices vary based on your choices. The final payment price includes the frames, lenses, and shipping fees.
Return and Exchange Policy
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours.
If you cancel after 24 hours but before shipment, a 10% fee of the total order amount will be charged.
If the product has already been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day unconditional return guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Gloojo glasses, we will provide you with a refund. If you ordered the wrong size, simply return the glasses in their original packaging, and we will send you the correct size.
What to pay attention to when returning goods?
When returning goods, please notify us via email within 30 days of receipt to obtain the return address and instructions. Returns not notified in advance will not be processed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How to handle defective or damaged goods?
Although damage is rare during shipping, we take full responsibility. If you encounter such problems, please contact us promptly, providing your order ID and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for you. Note: Do not attempt to repair the glasses yourself, as this will void the warranty.
Warranty and After-sales Service
Are the products under warranty?
All Gloojo glasses come with a 6-month warranty (from the date of receipt). The warranty covers material and craftsmanship defects, excluding damage caused by accidents, abuse, or improper use.
How to clean and maintain glasses?
Cleaning regular or anti-reflective (AR) coated lenses:
Use warm water and mild liquid detergent to clean lenses
Use a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe lenses
Avoid excessive force to prevent damaging the AR coating
If there are stubborn stains, soak lenses in warm water with a cleaning solution before wiping
Daily Maintenance:
Avoid exposing glasses to high temperatures or prolonged exposure to sunlight, as these seemingly harmless habits may eventually damage the lenses and frames.
