International Shipping Costs and Market Conditions
  • Processing Time: 1-3 days for frames with color tinted lenses.
  • Delivery Time: Varies depending on purchase time.
  • Shipping Cost: Standard and Express options apply to orders under 20 pairs.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder in case the shipping notification is flagged.

Returns & Refunds

Gloojo prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers a seamless return experience. Here’s a breakdown of our policy:

Warranty

  • Coverage: 6 months from purchase, covering material and workmanship defects.
  • Exclusions: Accidents, negligence, improper care, dislike, or size issues (reported after 30 days).
  • Warranty Claims: Contact us for a replacement or repair. Tampering voids the warranty.

Return Process (30 Days)

  • Initiate Return: Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Preparation: We’ll provide return instructions and address upon request. Please note, you are responsible for return postage.

Specific Return Scenarios

Eyeglass Product Damage Assessment and ReturnExchange Eligibility
  • Wrong Items: Contact us with a photo of the package label (showing order info), order number, and frame SKU. We’ll resend the correct items immediately. No need to return the wrong ones.
  • Damaged on Arrival: Contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged package/items. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Don’t attempt repairs, as this voids the warranty.
  • Size Issue: We recommend measuring your old glasses before purchase. If unhappy with the size (within 30 days), contact us for a special discount code to try another style. See our Size Guide for reference.

Visual Color Difference

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and photo backgrounds. If unsatisfied, contact us for a discount code towards a new purchase.

Delayed Shipment

We strive for on-time deliveries. However, delays can happen due to holidays, lens rework, unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, customs, etc.). We’ll keep you updated on tracking information. If your shipment is delayed by more than a week, contact us for a solution.

Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect address, please contact the post office first to attempt a change. If delivery fails, contact us to remake and resend your order with processing and shipping fees applied.

Simple Returns

Returning an item is easy! Visit the “My Orders” section in your account and select the return option. Our team will contact you within 48 hours. Alternatively, email us at [email protected].

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and need to provide a tracking number upon mailing the item. You’ll receive a refund within 48 hours of providing the tracking number, or we’ll ship your exchange order.
